  5. Scott Karrasch on December 20, 2018 at 8:01 am

Now that I think about it, a flexible display might be the future of a breakless phone, something that has plagued smartphones since it’s inception.

  6. Murtuza Abbas on December 20, 2018 at 8:01 am

Batteries, for almost the entire electronics industry are the most dated and intrusive part of tech, especially things like smartphones. They make up the most bulk and barely last 24 hours. They are antiquated and Desperately need to be re-thought up soon.

  13. DropKickedWatermellon on December 20, 2018 at 8:05 am

Its been 1 year and we have a bezel-less phone, nice

  14. kHAzZAd on December 20, 2018 at 8:06 am

next iphone wireless charging will have the huge impact on wireless charging technology , as far as i remember iphone barely made it to the wireless charging needless to say that they lack of fast charging so nope , speaking to you from future , iphone didnt made an impact on that side of technology 😉

  15. The Anomity on December 20, 2018 at 8:06 am

  18. Ali Youssef on December 20, 2018 at 8:15 am

i believe you should revisit this video to make a second version of it in 2019.

  19. Noah Lee on December 20, 2018 at 8:16 am

I’m definitely a fan of the reduced bezels, specifically how Samsung does things with their melting over the sides display as well as not using a notch. They’ve also kept the headphone jack which is personally a good thing.
I’m excited to see the galaxy s10 that’s supposed to have 5g Internet connection. I’m also excited to see how things changes in future versions of the software.

  20. Ramesh Kumar Harish on December 20, 2018 at 8:17 am

I am a big fan of the melting over displays

  21. Name on December 20, 2018 at 8:17 am

  22. Chase on December 20, 2018 at 8:17 am

But apple already made a bendable iphone….

  23. Sterling Smetana on December 20, 2018 at 8:19 am

That moment when you watch this video in the end of 2018… This is actually the way we started heading. Mkbhd you really know what you’re talking about

  24. nirvana kruger on December 20, 2018 at 8:20 am

  33. TheWEEKYKID on December 20, 2018 at 8:32 am

A company should try producing like a million dollar phone with graphene just to see how it would perform, to see if such an endeavor to finance that kind of effort is worth it

  34. Mobolaji Ogunlade on December 20, 2018 at 8:35 am

If only he knew his predictions where gonna be this accurate

  35. Annabeth Chase on December 20, 2018 at 8:39 am

    Nearly 22 months later:

    1. Full Display
    – A few kinks to work out, but Oppo Find X came really close.
    2. Wireless Charging
    – Pixel 3 has wireless fast charging (proprietary).
    3. Full Voice recognition/Complex Assistant
    – Google Duplex, end of. (On a side note, look how the opinion of a person changes when someone actually does what people have been dreaming about; the AI in the album could probably make calls to someone, and the person on the other side wouldn’t realize. Google made that happen with Duplex, and now everyone is uncomfortable)
    4. Flexible Smartphone
    – Samsung with their Flexible phone, scheduled for 2019.
    5. Graphen Batteries/Battery Improvement – Not here. Though battery improvements have happened in different ways – Oppo’s Super VOOC charger.

  36. My Opinion on December 20, 2018 at 8:40 am

    Graphene battery
