The 2ds has a sensible function where it tells you to plug in the charger before updating so the data doesn’t get corrupted. Tbh, it’s very reassuring.

Wanna know how I stop viruses on my computer? Well. When my computer gets infected I install the software update that I save for this. Then I unplug the thing.

  26. Ras Voja on September 9, 2019 at 8:00 pm

Source of trouble is Windows apps doing on their own, no user control. On Linux or AmigaOS drive blinks only when user does something so even virus can be spotted. In those terms Windows is a giant bloat 🙂

  27. Paden Eury on September 9, 2019 at 8:00 pm

Well this also explains why Minecraft deleted my main survival world when it crashed.

  32. Jeffrey Kalb on September 9, 2019 at 8:07 pm

The problem is that Windows sometimes hangs, and you have no choice whatsoever but to shut off the power directly.

  34. carpetrug01 on September 9, 2019 at 8:08 pm

really don’t like those european switches you had showing in the start. I prefer american switches. honestly it’s the most annoying thing about being in europe. Also hate how your video started telling us to subscribe…….. every damn youtuber says subscribe these days. its numbing. Actually my favorite channel never says "please subscribe!" So annoying to hear "please like and comment" too.

I had some issues with my old PC. Sometimes it will completely freeze, even the power button doesn’t work. Needed to wait until it turned off by himself.

  45. עמר ק on September 9, 2019 at 8:17 pm

This "long shutdown delay" is one of the main reasons I love Linux more than windows.
My Notebook powers off in less than 2 seconds thanks to the SSD and systemd.
