There’s hardly anything scientific about this study if they only tested 2 children from the same family but I think most of us know that we don’t to do any studies to realize that technology (particularly entertainment technology) is an addictive drug. What’s laughable about this "report" is that they ignore that adults can be just as addicted (probably way more so since adults can buy more things).

Seems like the brain had more activity registered after you took a break from technology, that follow-up shows far more activity than your baseline. The moral of the story is, use technology and be smarter but don’t abuse it.

Corey Brown age 13 from Marshalltown Iowa just committed suicide this month after his cell phone was taken from him. He ran away and jumped off a communication tower to his death. I cant think of anything more addictive.

If teenagers wanted to be rebels, they would get rid of cell phones and their parents would LOSE THEIR MINDS. Parents secretly love cell phones because they keep tabs on people.
