Rodney Dangerfield Almost Makes Carson Fall Out of His Chair Laughing
Rodney Dangerfield Almost Makes Carson Fall Out of His Chair Laughing
A classic Rodney Dangerfield appearance from 01/31/1978. There will never be anyone quite like Rodney and he almost makes Johnny fall out of his chair at the end of the interview.
Watch Carson episodes every night on Antenna TV at 10:00PM ET / 7:00PM PT and 4:00PM ET / 1:00AM PT.
Rodneyyyyyyyyyy!!!!
I love the old comics that just found a thousand ways to tell the same joke. Still funnier than 99% of the comics out there today.
Iβm Deaf, No caption, D$mn!
Carson was the best hose ever.
Fallon: listen & learn.
That was awesome ah hahhhahh
I used to go to orgies, to eat the grapes.
Once upon a time there was no need to curse when doing stand up π
Back to School! Very funny movie! Lots of laughs! Classic in Caddy Shack!
Good times β€
Two of the Best !
Rodney! Pls come back!!
Fuckin rodney was a machine…this guy spits out a joke like every 8 seconds. Absolute monster. This guy pumps out more material in 7 minutes than most comics these days do in 7 HBO specials.
"My gay uncle died, left me all his dresses" πππππππππ
At no point he almost fell out of his chair – you lying dumbass…!!!
I miss the shows of the 70’s. Today’s shows are nothing but angry, snitty clowns. I tried to watch Jimmy Fallon but couldn’t get past the monologue. Same with the others. Even TV sitcoms went to crap. There’s nothing today on network TV that I enjoy.
another reminder that I was born too late>..
Ha! He was in Caddyshack!
Now that everyone’s here, let’s dance !
Dangerfield is a classic, one of the greats.
Must. See. TV.
Carson was always on point with the comics who came on and he knew the setups. It might not seem like a big deal, but the host can make or break a comic’s performance.
Not convinced? Just imagine Rodney Dangerfield on Stephen Colbert’s show……
Rodney Dangerfield… one-of-a-kind… and soooooooo… funny!
Oh boy! I loved this one! ππππ€£
Johnny Carson and the people of his era were all such classy people. Now all these talk show hosts just have an agenda to propagate. How did everything end up so terrible so fast.
Timing, punch-lines, content. No one has been Near the Danger-man. And the pc scumsucking pukes who don’t like it…. you can tell by what body parts are falling off.
Nice to have a host thatβs genuine. Fallon seems so fake.
I Tell Ya…
He’s a great comedian
What a master performance. "My mother, too. She never breast fed me. She told me she liked me as a friend!"
Real Comedy not politics!!!
…aww bring out the next guy. π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£
When you hit the wall, you Hit the wall…π€£ππππ
I miss these guys.
Seems like a million years ago.

Johnny did a great job rolling with Rodney during this interview. He just lets him go because he knows he’s gonna get gold every time
Oh man I just love him. If I had to resurrect my old dear grandmother just to keep him around Iβd say youβre taking up space, live awhile.
Try telling those fat jokes on a late night show today. You’ll be called a racist.
rodney killed every time he was on stage so funny.. we miss you…
This sure does make you miss the old days, doesnβt it? Oh, how I wish Johnny Carson was still at the desk and David letterman still following him with the Late Shoβ¦ Sigh.
Those jokes about the orgy/grapes and doing push ups in the car had me in tears laughing! LOL!
*Rodney adjusted his tie ONLY 777 times*
He was the BEST
Man that dude definitely did some great coke before he stepped out there
Wow Carson had a great laugh… very genuine.
Now that they’re both gone, reminds me a little of Robin Williams. Non-stop!
Dangerfield, Winters & Williams.
Comic legends that I honestly wonder when another will rise that can hold a candle to their genius.
Dang.. Will Farrell was hella young here!
Classic and timeless

Today talk shows could take a few lessons from Johnny
